In partnership with the Campbell River & District Chamber of Commerce, the City of Campbell River’s Economic Development team is bringing together four experts in the areas of accounting, investments, legal and business transitions to provide you with a wholistic information and fact based approach to assist as you embark on whatever your transition may be.


Rebecca Domovitch

Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 and articled in Campbell River with a very senior lawyer specializing in Aboriginal Law. After her call to the British Columbia bar in May 2017, she joined a full-service law firm in Campbell River.


Rebecca, now with Swift Datoo, practices primarily in estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, real estate, and corporate law.

Shawn Fetter

Shawn is a financial professional with 20 years of experience and specializes in working with business owners in addition to pre- and post-retirees. Well-versed in simplifying complex financial scenarios, he devises innovative strategies to minimize taxes, maximize wealth, and ensure efficient wealth transfer across generations. Shawn’s qualifications include the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations. Shawn is an Associate Portfolio Manager with Alitis Investment Counsel.

Myriah Foort

Myriah has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP’s Private Enterprise Services team serving clients across Vancouver Island. She works closely with small- to medium-sized businesses, in particular, those requiring bookkeeping support through MNP’s ease services and in her chief financial officer advisory services role helping clients navigate the many challenges a business owner faces, from startup to business transition.

Ramon Ramirez

With 22 years in the financial sector, Ramon brings a wealth of experience to his role as Partner & Business Intermediary. His expertise extends across many facets of banking, where he guides clients through the intricate processes of launching their entrepreneurial ventures, acquiring shares, expanding their operations and provides invaluable support to business owners embarking on one of the most significant and complex transactions of their professional lives.
